Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes — each piece you see in the photo is a true representation of the product you'll receive. However, since all of our items are handmade, slight variations in color, shape, or texture may occur. These subtle differences are part of what makes each piece unique and special — a reflection of the artisan’s personal touch and the beauty of handmade craftsmanship.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

After you complete your purchase, a sales receipt will be automatically sent to your email. Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder just in case).

You can also view and download your receipt by logging into your account on our website and going to “Orders” or “My Account > Order History.”

How can I return an item?

Because each of our pieces is handmade with care, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If there is a quality issue with your order, please contact us within, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to help resolve it as quickly as possible.

We appreciate your understanding and support for handmade craftsmanship.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Many of our handmade pieces are made in small batches or are one-of-a-kind, so restocks are not always guaranteed.

However, some popular items may become available again depending on the artisan’s capacity and material availability.
If you see something you love that’s out of stock, we recommend:

  • Signing up for restock notifications on the product page (if available)

  • Or contacting us directly — we’re happy to let you know if and when it might return

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
