1. General Return Policy:

All Sales Are Final Due to the custom-made and handmade nature of our products at Noryu Handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size issues (please measure carefully), or personal preference. All sales are final once the order is placed.

2. Damages and Issues (Quality Guarantee)

We stand behind the quality of our work. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

Eligibility for a Claim:

To be eligible for a replacement or refund due to damage/defect:

  • You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery. 

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

How to Report an Issue:

Please contact us at [email protected] with the following information:

  1. Order Number.

  2. Proof of Damage: A clear video of unboxing is highly recommended and preferred to expedite your claim. At a minimum, clear high-quality photos showing the defect and the packaging condition are required.

  3. A brief description of the issue.

We will review your claim within 24-48 hours. If approved, we will send you a replacement immediately or issue a refund.

3. Order Cancellation Policy (Important)

Since our products require a long production time (7-45 days), we have a strict cancellation window to protect our materials and labor costs.

  • Within 24 Hours: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it.

  • After 24 Hours: Since production begins shortly after, cancellations made after 24 hours may be subject to a 20% restocking/material fee, or may not be accepted if the product is already near completion.

  • After Shipping: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.

4. Handmade Disclaimer

Please note that every item is handcrafted by artisans.

  • Unique Variations: Minor irregularities, slight color variations, or small handmade marks are natural characteristics of the manufacturing process.

  • Not Defects: These variations are part of the product's charm and verify its handmade origin. They are not considered quality defects and are not eligible for return or refund.

5. Refunds (If Applicable)

If your return/claim is approved:

  • We will notify you via email.

  • The refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

6. Lost Packages

If your tracking number shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you in locating the shipment.
