1. Shipping Destinations

Currently, we exclusively ship to the United States. We do not offer international shipping to other countries at this time.

2. Total Delivery Time

Please note that our products are handmade to order. The total time to receive your package consists of two parts:

Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

  • Production Time (4-45 Business Days): Because every item is crafted by hand, production time varies significantly by product complexity. Please refer to the specific product page for the exact production time of the item you selected. Generally, this ranges from 4 to 45 business days.

  • Shipping Time (7-15 Business Days): Once your item is crafted and ready, it will be shipped immediately.

3. Shipping Origin & Cost

  • Origin: All items are shipped directly from our studio in Mainland China.

  • Shipping Cost: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to the United States. There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.

  • Carrier: We use reliable international logistics partners to ensure your handmade treasures arrive safely.

4. Taxes & Duties

  • No Sales Tax: We do not charge any additional sales tax or hidden fees at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.

  • Import Duties: For orders shipped to the United States, items valued under $800 are typically duty-free. However, in rare cases where customs duties or local taxes apply upon delivery, these are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.

  • You can track your package via the link provided in the email.

6. Address Accuracy & Modifications

Please double-check your shipping address before payment.

  • Before Shipping: If you need to change your address, please contact us at [email protected] immediately.

  • After Shipping: We cannot change the shipping address once the package has been dispatched. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
